Tikka Masala

Rogan Josh

Dopiaza

And a Peshwari Naan is a must

Eaten from banana leaves in a spice plantation in India. It was 16 yrs ago & nothing had ever compared....

Failing that Lamb Bhuna or Jalfrezi. I like a bit of spice but also like to taste the food

Trinidadian Beef Hot Curry, in a slimming world book I have, its a slow cooker recipe and unbelievably gorgeous. Uses 12 garlic cloves though

slow cooked & on the bone are usually the best
