Crap race, stayed up after I get in from work.
So both American cars have their best race ever but both wheels fall off.
Kimi for once the fastest Ferrari and for once gets the best Ferrari strategy, only for the number 2 strategy to end up working best, and misses out on a win again.
McLaren equal their best result with Honda, first time out after dumping them. The Hondas qualify and finish last with their new team.
And nowt else happens! 15 finishers out of 20 already in the first race. Who remembers when you daren't put the kettle on in case the leading car catches fire or spins out and you miss it?
2018 has a distinct 2011 feel to it. Only gonna check up on results this year, no watching. |

Hope it continues to follow the pattern of Kimi challenging Lewis.
Very lucky win for Seb.
Great to hear a happy Alonso too. |

I still think McLaren have made a huge mistake dumping Honda just when they are finally starting to get respectable. Now they are back where they started but worse off :/
It has become such a comedy of errors now that some people are calling them McLol
Sauber have 1/3 of a good livery at the rear, the rest, white with black lines, is the worst looking car I've ever seen.
I hurled when I first clocked the plain orange and dark blue McLaren. Since when are McLaren blue?? Its growing on me more now but liveries are not what they used to be.
I don't at all mind the halo but Sauber's look awful, white. Nice to be able to feel safer around the head, the halo is something that is in the door now and something there to go on and improve upon. We'll get used to it.
Would be nice for Renault to be a bit more yellow, for some badly needed colour, don't need so much black. |

I think I'm with you on that, thought the race was boring and the cars are ugly. |
