Measure your waist, hips and chest/moobs. Then try the size that indicates in a number of brands until you find one that works for you.
You could try getting things on-line that you can return until you find the style and fit you are happy with.

"Ok so I'm looking for a dress does what measurements am I looking at"
European dress size measurements will look like men's clothes (e.g. 38, 40 etc.).
Women's sizes will be 10, 12, etc. Looking at your pictures you should start at 18 and see if you need to go up from there. If you're buying from an American site then the numbers are the same but they mean different things.

you will already know your waist size from trousers and your chest size from jackets, that will be enough to work out your dress size |
