If they wish to identify as a guy or girl then that's upto them, If they wish to identify as a trans guy or trans girl then again it's upto them.

Trans people are born with the outward appearance of one sex but the inner mind of the other... they are TRANSitioning to the sex they feel they should have been.

Those born with both male and female genitailia are hemaphrodites.

The site doesn't distinguish between them. I think most state that they are pre or post op.

If they are post op, or transitioning the site will change their profile to woman/man.

I would suspect one good reason for not having more options is to avoid unwanted attention on a group already marginalised. These are real people not just labels.

You really don’t understand transgender then. A transgender woman can be either pre op or post op. As can a transgender man. They have to live as the sex they are transitioning to for a year before having reassignment surgery. Some transgender people cannot undergo full reassignment surgery for a number of reasons. It doesn’t mean they aren’t transgender it just means they haven’t fully transitioned.

On Fab there isn’t an option to choose TS pre or post op. I’m not entirely sure what your point is OP but you really should try and chat to some trans people before making these posts. Get more informed and then maybe you’ll understand.

There is no point in these types of threads it just causes everyone to bitch and moan. I see what your saying o.p but these days people can choose to be male on mondays, wednesdays and fridays and then female on tuesdays and thursdays and then be neither on the weekends. Im anything but transphobic as my own realtion and a close friend is trans, im all for it, but even they agree with me when I say that the world has gone so politically correct and people are so scared of offending people that basic common sense doesnt seem to exist anymore, you cant get pissy with people for accidentally referring to a trans woman as "he" when they clearly look like a man in drag, and you cant get pissy when straight men dont want meets with you because they dont see you as being a woman, and you cant get pissy when you refer to that fluid gender person as "he" when they decided to change genders only 5mins ago
