Yeh and it pisses me off. Constant battle trying to keep weight off and when you feel you've been excersising loads and eating right some prick takes a photo of you and you're like, where's Greenpeace? |

all you have to do is walk fast everyday for 30minutes
15 minutes out , 15 minutes back home .
build it up to 30 minutes out, 30 minutes home
walk fast and breathe.
in through the nose out thru the mouth .
pounds / calories will literally fall off. |

Photos, mirrors, pretty much anything where I see what I look like, on purpose or accidentally. It still comes as somewhat of a visual surprise, weirdly. I reckon I have the opposite of body dysmorphia where my brain thinks I look better than I actually do. |
