"A little question for you meat eating fabster.
Pulled pork sandwich, which is your preferred BBQ sauce, answers with recipe "
Tomato passata - 1 carton
Dijon mustard - 1 tblspoon
Cumin - 2 tea spoon
Cayenne pepper - 2 tea spoon
Worcester sauce - 3 tblspoon
Demerrea sugar - 2 tblspoon
Smoked paprika - 2 tblspoon
Liquid smoke - 1 tblspoon
Chalula hot sauce - 1 tea spoon
Garlic powder - 4 tea spoon
Onion powder - 4 tea spoon
Honey - 1 table spoon
Squeeze of lime
Lime zest
Salt
Pepper
Mix it all together bring it to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then glaze your pork with it and cook it low and slow for 8 hours
