I use people for heat initially when I go to sleep but then push them away once I get warm enough. It isn’t a conscious thing but I have been known to give a hearty shove if someone gets too close after I have reached my optimum temperature

I like to cuddle to drift off then move away when it gets unbearably hot!

Then I like to get up and go for a wee.... Get all. Cold then feel them cuddle up behind me to warm me up

that's when we usually stop sleeping as it's not the only warming up that happens
