Is there any photography enthusiast or professional photographer in this comunity?
If yes, Which photographic genre are you passionate or do you like to shoot?
(in my case I am a nude photographer, boudoir and street fashion)
Is there anyone who goes to the "The Photographer Show" in Birmingam tomorrow?
happy to take a coffe and share a chat and suggestions about photography and more |

"When taking a photo, do you think it is important to consider the background?"
yes, often the background can totally change a a picture. often photographers use the Bouquet technique to detach the subject from a bad background |

I think we've both influenced each others lives. After 37 years it would be unusual if we hadn't |

Acceptable level cameras are so common these days the art of good photography is wide shoulders....
Get the best angle and block it from all the phone snappers... |

Another hobby photographer here who has to pay tax on his earnings and pay the mortgage!!! I specialise in the art direction and shooting of products aimed at the young and foolish to men with a midlife crisis. If it’s expensive, I’m booked!
I’m not attending the show this year which is a shame as I always receive great deals.

We're particular fans of nude art photography and currently experimenting for a new portfolio. I'm trying to bring my love of abstract art into the pics, whether it works I'm unsure but it's great fun shooting!

"I get messaged all the time from 'professional' photographers..."
Owning a DSLR seems to make everyone professional or maybe semi-pro these days... most photographers don't grasp that being able to use a camera is only about 20% of the skills required |

... and funnily enough none of them are ladies!

I've been an enthusiast for a few years now, currently putting together an online profile so I can be taken more seriously and hopefully earn some money from it. |

I’ve seen your work and do like some of the b&w’s.
I’m currently working on a few project for Spring/Summer. Erotic isn’t my genre but it’s a subject to shoot for my own creative sanity. |

West Wales and Cardiff |
I’m just a keen amateur.
Love gig and street photography. Don’t do much landscape stuff, which is a bit incongruous, as I love the the beauty of Wales and the UK.
Went to a photography event at a club recently, which was a great experience. Have an arrangement to take photos of a couple and at a party soon. A whole new area is opening up!
I’m a Pentax shooter - we’re a small, but select group |

Hope you don't use your macro lens for fab images... well actually maybe worth using it for (small) cock shots " |

I assume you mean bokeh. That's the resulting effect of using a shallow depth of field, provided by using a wide aperture |

Another amateur here, still learning after owning for 4 months. Never shoot on auto, most of my shots are manual.
I have most of my pictures on Instagram if anyone wants a peek at the stuff I've done |

Doing a wedding in October as second tog, feeling pressure because the main photographer is as new to cameras as me. I'm not sure how she shoots, aperture/shutter priority or full manual but all mine are done full manual.
We did a course together, I've done lots of work since Nd she's only been out once!! |

She's the granddaughter photographer, they're renewing vows on their 50th anniversary, I'm not scared of being brave and bold, up close but not intrusive, where hers are more distance shots. Not much pressure since their first wedding they had no photos at all, but I'm sure between us we will cope haha |

You always get people backing out last minute, I’ve been fortunate enough to network with a couple of trustworthy people who will benefit from my shoots. That been said, it’s never easy. |

"It never ceases to amaze me, with the number of truely awful pics here... "
This. This this this. All of this.
I’ve done free photo shoots for people before but haven’t done one for a while as people seem to think all the hard work is done on the shoot and not the hours it can take to wrangle the shots into something everyone is happy with. If any Manchester couples want to try and re-invigorate my faith in doing shoots or want professional photography tips, holler. Mx |

Bokeh, it's bokeh!
Ex-photographer here, mainly did motorsports and gig photography; I quickly grew very bored of shooting models, they didn't move around fast enough for my liking! |

Hi
We are a Erotic Photography Team, We like to shoot low key, moody, film noir based stuff, but are enjoying developing new things. We are really inspired by 1960's and early 1900's

I love architecture, hunting for old spooky buildings, angles and repeating patterns etc.
Mostly black and white.
Love to try more people shots, never really went for it in college. |
