Hi all i hate taking my picture always have could I have advice on my profile on pictures do I have enough should I take more and what of as don't seam to have much luck thank you |

OP take a look at other guys pics and use them for inspiration - you can get great results with a phone camera on timer these days 
Also not sure why your pic wouldn't be accepted right way up?  |

In all honesty and without wishing to sound unkind, it's not that great a pic - I'd ditch it completely and replace with one the right way up - just looks odd like that |

really hate having my photo taken too.. however its better than a black silhouette, so, take a deep breath, keep out of the bathroom, create a glint in the eye and smile xx
