I have a weekend date with a nurse this Friday. One of the first questions she asked in our social date was if I can still perform.
What a shock - first time I’ve been asked that but then I am getting on a bit. As she explained, she treats many guys of my age that can’t.
I love that she appears so prim and proper but from the messages is as horny as fuck |

I met a guy from another nhs trust the other week a paramedic n it was the funniest social meet I’ve ever had n most people I know on here that work for nhs all have great personalities n the best sense of humour think we all need it doing what we do! |

"One night at chams our group consisted of 7 nurses and 1 porter."
One time I was at chams in a group of 6 there was a nurse, a speech therapist, and a paramedic. Must be something in the water! |

Can't agree. Sure there are some excellent NHS workers. As an organisation however, employing huge numbers, it has its fair share of the lazy and incompetent - just like any other.
The problem is, it's ever easier for the lazy and incompetent to hide within the NHS nowadays because the standard answer to anything that has gone wrong is "oh, the horrendous cuts you know"
A nurse I know ONLY went into the job for the pay (i.e. not a vocational move) and has spent more time on the sick than she has in work - quite open about the fact she "gets away with it" because they are huge organisation that is out of control.
There's always 2 sides. |

"I heard on radio yous are ggetting a well deserved pay rise am I right? "
We are getting an increase in pay if the proposal is accepted.... however, it will still not be in line with the rise in living costs, so technically we will all still be at a disadvantage, just slightly improved on previous years. |

We are getting a pay increase yeah.....however. all it is, is effectively a faster way of moving up the pay increments.
I mean instead of moving from band 5-increment 4 il go to tge top within 3 years....which i would have done anyway. Its only really gunna massively benefit the new nhs staff ( last year or 2 ) as they will move up faster thsn they previously would have. |
