Steak with dark soy, rice wine, garlic and ginger. Pack of stir-fry veg, some noodles. Roasting hot wok and it's all ready in 15 mins.

Oh, I'm gonna get my wok out and do a stir fry as well, got some pork to use, so it'll be a sweet&Sour one with bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and noodles. Gonna have to go to the local Chinese over the road for a bag of prawn crackers and the job's a good 'un
