Bought a tin of Toast Toppers today, tried them at lunchtime and they didn't taste like I remembered back in the day . I also bought some mint Viscount biscuits

Try mashing the sardines and spreading on hot buttered toast, for a healthy and protein packed, inexpensive meal.
