Any plans to buy the new Rainbow album ? Something I'm considering yes it's all rehashed live classics but what a fantastic opportunity to spread the best of a classic band ..

Even if Ritchie is still a moody bugger

On a standard 88 key piano, middle C (the C nearest the keyhole on the lid) is C4. In sequencing it's usually referred to as C3. The numbers go up or down depending which direction you go from the middle note to reach the next octave (and either halve or double the frequency in the process). C2 to C6 is a 5 octave range.

Yep I saw ACDC June 2016 with Axl and they were awesome then, so much so that I bought GnR tickets for last year in London and again they blew the roof off! A few friends saw GnR at Leeds festival years ago and apparently they sounded crap because Axl was so fat and unhealthy he couldn't sing. He's certainly back on form at the moment though!

I have friends flying in from Ireland be worth it for gnr and thunder n Ozzy I reckon

Not a GNR fan Axel does my head in.

he is a bit like marmite (& a diva)

He has/had the biggest vocal range of all known singers-even Mariah Carey.

He's no Rob Halford.

He's no Brian Johnson either.

I really like brian Johnson but hes not even the best acdc have had. Cant beat Bon scott for that.

But even angus young said now they have axl they can again perform any song that they havent always been able to do with Johnson.

Axl is the best front man of all time and we going to see gnr in berlin in june. Cant wait. Will be my 3rd time seeing them. G

Best front man of all time? ....

Cough... “Freddie Mercury”.... cough

agreed Freddie there will never be anyone like him"

Axl wins. "

I’ve just checked I can do 4 octaves and I’m pretty sure Adam Lambert has a wider range than me.

He may have higher top notes than you. He could be failing on the low notes. Or he's using his falsetto voice and they don't include that.

I was just about to mention that Patton could fart a better range than Rose sings. Pipped to the post.

Even if Ritchie is still a moody

bugger"

Rainbow were the first band I ever saw live...and Ozzy not long after back in 1981 I think
