We got totally fucked over by not having any credit score built up when applying for our mortgage."
That happened to my ex! He had to get a tv on credit & a credit card then we got a mortgage!

Not entirely. Giving you a mortgage is a huge investment on the part of the lender. They're not going to do that for someone who doesn't have an established history of paying their dates, nit without charging an astronomical interest rate to justify the risk. |

Modtgage is tge safest investmeng..they always value the property and can always sell and charge fee in case you default on your mortgage. Hope this justifies |

Halifax are not a building society, and I wouldn't recommend a lender unless you know the circumstances of the buyer. |

Always look for a whole market independent financial advisor. You want someone completely independent and not push you towards the lender that gives them the biggest commission |
