Ladies do you care about what other women think about you

I know that this sounds strange but I'm more concerned about how women perceive me on here than men.
If I go out I'm more worried that women will think I look tarty than men.
Do other women think like this? |

Nope, why would I be worried about the opinions of people I don't know? If I was, do you think I would look the way I do? I do/wear what I like, because I like it, I don't let the opinions of others determine my choices  |

I care what people think - but only to an extent. You mentioned the word tarty.. do you mean in your dress choice? Personally I wear whatever I like - whether it’s for my age or not  If i look good then I feel good.. I’ve found most women in this lifestyle to be very supportive and friendly, but still at the end of the day I dance to the beat of my own drum. Let them talk and if they do, then I wouldn’t want to be friendly with them anyway |

I don't really worry what anybody thinks I look like. I take Mr N's view into consideration and he often picks clothes out for me. I adjust what I wear when I visit my mum because she comments if my clothes are low cut or shorter than she thinks is decent. However none of this worries me. I do get comments from other women on my appearance they vary from compliments to insults dressed up as compliments but as long as I feel I loom nice I'm not bothered. |

It doesn't sound strange though what your reasons are I don't know.
In general women aren't thought tarty by men but 'available' or 'up for it' and after all that's what women dress that way for , for male approval whether they are in hot denial or not. You don't dress that way to impress other women and they are not going to be impressed by you so that's why you fear their rebuttal ( im generalising here - don't think Im meaning it IS you ) To a degree it does mean that you only want sexual recognition from men but you want women to think about you as a whole and you know the outer slut is only a small part of who you are. Hmmmmmm men are pretty one dimensional aren't they |

It's not something I think about, In all honesty, I don't consider how strangers think about me, be it male or female. I did more so when I was younger. As I've aged, I realise it's the opinions of those that are close to me, that are the ones that matter. |

I do to a certain extent - if they are women I care about or like (pr want to impress). With regards to strangers when I am out, I don't want to be seen as being something I am not so I guess to some extent I do? Can't really explain it clearly.

I think it’s all about that primitive instinct to bag a hubby. Makes women competitive with each other. I’ve never really been that way.
My view has always been ‘I like me, I think I’m pretty hot, I’d give me one, in fact I do on many occasions, so if you don’t like me then that’s your energy you’re wasting I’m off to have a wank’ haha!

Really? That surprises me. I get on great with most couples and uasually find them happy and secure in their relationship - ergo not prone to jealousy!
Any problem I ever have on Fab or in clubs is invariably with/due to other single women - not couples or men!
Do I care what they think? Yes - to an extent as I consider myself a nice person and it makes me sad when people have perceptions about me that are false!
That said - the days of me losing sleep about it are fortunately long gone! |

But can honestly say I've never look at any other women and thought they look tarty or anything of that nature I've looked at loads and thought I want that outfit love those shoes or maybe that's because I'm a tart meself  |

Nope, the opinions of other women on here don't matter to me at all...but then I don't come into contact with any socially or otherwise. I've never had any negative comments, and my regular meets are very loyal, so tell/show me any messages they get asking about me |

I honestly only care about what Marc thinks of me and what I think of myself.
I do think women are generally more critical and judgemental of other women than men are. But that's a big generalization, I know. I just don't really care what any of them think.
When I first went to clubs I did get worried. But that wore off fairly quickly. Then again, I think Americans are taught to have an unhealthy amount of self-esteem and I'm a product of that upbringing. Oh well! |

I have always looked different to the norm since I left school so I am used to being judged on my appearance. You soon tire of worrying about it. If people are shallow enough to judge you on looks alone then they are not worth my breath to explain and make them see who I really am. |

I do if I fancy her. Was in a flat spin about a recent couples meet until I realised she was as nervous as me.
I'm a big girl so the rest of the time I kind of assume I'm being judged negatively by those who don't know me for being overweight, never mind what I'm wearing. |

I don't really care what other women think of me either on here or when I'm out. They are total strangers and know nothing about me and even if they did know something about me, I still wouldn't care about their opinion.
I believe that people tend to judge on how we look or what we wear when actually other people's opinions of us do not validate who we actually are. Just love yourself and don't be consumed by other people's thoughts? x |

When I first joined I did but I don't any longer because I have had too much nastiness from women on here, more than any men at all 
I now just think let them get on with it and realise that, as with all keyboard warriors, were I to meet them face to face they wouldn't be as nasty or rude or horrible...
Some lovely ladies on here have been very good to me too and I do care what they think of me to a point... |

Honestly peoples opinions of me are really unimportant to me.
I care what certain people think about me but they are usually peoples opinions I value, and even then if their opinion of me is something I don't agree with then it doesn't affect me very much..
I'm a very non caring type when it comes to other people's opinions of me.

I’m not really bothered what other ( especially strangers) think of me. I was when I was younger but as I’ve got older I really couldn’t care less. |
