you may laugh at it , even if you have for example 6 credit cards all ramped up to the hilt , and are even not paying them ...you can still claim ppi and it has no effect on the credit card debt.
ppi is totally seperate to the credit card debt
and you get the cheque sent straight to yourself the claimant.
ive seen cheques of close friends for between 8 and 15 grand who claimed ppi.
i personally got about 5 grand
its worth a claim .its law they have to pay yo back
