Oh it's not the cold. It's the fact that with their organisational skills displayed by not putting any grit down whatsoever, it seems no member of Leeds City council could beat a one-legged man in an arse-kicking contest. And the fact that some idiot set off in a Porsche, got jammed and screwed the road that Succubus comes down every morning... |

I mean, the councils know we get snow.. they know what chaos it brings.. yet every year the country seems to come to a grinding halt when we get it.
Prior planning and preparation prevents poor performance..
