"Find a steep hill, run up it as fast as you can then repeat until you are sick or pass out
My way is more pleasant
My way is more effective "
Is that because you die doing it?? |

I (male) did a ketogenic diet (sometimes referred to as low carb or banting diet) where I monitored by carb intake to be between 25g and 40g a day.
Fat/Protein were not limited, and I did not calorie count.
I went from 15st 7lbs to 12st 10lbs over 4 months. Now going up as I'm in the gym eating ~75g of carb a day.
The only diet that ever worked for me, because not counting calories is amazing. |

Isn't trying to keep carbs that low very restricting on what you can eat and you have to count carbs instead of calories? |

"Got a function in two months and want to lose about a stone.
Top tips?! "
If your pictures are real then why would you need to lose a stone?
I have lost weight and gained weight so many times in the last 20 years.
Always 2/3 stone and then I always put it back on again plus more
It's basically calories in and calories out.
Exercise is great but it barely burns any calories so it all depends on you diet basically.
I have found that low carb is the most effective way to lose weight fast without too much pain.
You will crave sugar and bread and potatoes and all things carby but you wont be hungry and the weight drops off - but it's not sustainable - hence why I am the size of a house
So I can tell you how to lose weight and so can google - but lets face it - most people as overweight as me can't keep it off and maintain any joy in their life!
I'd love to have your figure OP x |

Relatively difficult, but it depends. For example, I would regularly eat 5-6 eggs scrambled with a slab of butter and a couple rashers of bacon for breakfast. Then for dinner I'd be doubling whatever meat it was, enjoying alllll the fat on it (covered in butter) and vegetables, dousing it in gravy!
As far as a diet goes, it can be difficult for some because the above is only permissible if you're very strict on your carb intake. It helps if you don't have a sweet tooth I would imagine. |

I have this one!
Eat a healthy balanced diet, lower the carbs though and significantly reduce the sugar.
Exercise, HIT (High intensity training) 25 minute sessions max. Look on the Internet, lots to pick from. Use light weights and try not to rest during the sessions.
If you’re really serious do two sessions a day but don’t kill your self. Beware!! It can be addictive, before you know it your competing in cross fit competitions |

I start the day with a handful of nuts!! Not those nuts you naughty fuckers! Nuts abd seeds to snack on help regulate your blood sugars so you dont get cravings.
Plus cut out sugar... Your pussy will also taste sooooo much better too... Believe me it works a treat. And limit carbs
I do weights and cardio in short bursts HIIT. Weights give you shape. You won't lose weight but you will lose size... I weigh about a stone heavier than most women my size xxx |

Ah ok. Thanks. I guess different things work for different people and it's all about finding that one thing that suits you. I'm lazy so exercise only because I have to and I get bored easily so I prefer the flexibility with food that you get with calorie counting... and the odd glass of wine or biscuit doesn't seem to matter as long as it's accounted for. I've been tempted to see if I can consume a day's calories in chocolate alone but haven't done... yet |

"It’s really hard to crash diet, not impossible but hard. Loads of tips on the web just be very careful "
A stone in 2 months isn't exactly crash dieting though? That's a healthy rate of less than 2lbs a week. |

True with what you last said, about the flexibility. What Keto affords you though is just how full fats and protein make you feel in comparison, so there's less of that hungry feeling.
As a side note, white wine is only about 4-5g of carb per large glass |

Eat one meal a day
Drink lots of lemon green tea
Exercise every day-gym, run or walk
Avoid carbs (especially bread)
Pig out on salads and veg
Eat fish, chicken and avoid red meats
Eat smaller portions
Buy a really hot dress that you want to get into and weigh yourself at the end of each week to giver yourself a weekly goal
It's fun and easy to lose weight if you reward yourself each time you do the weekly weigh in-like a threesome or a really good session with a new toy
Golden Rule-do not tell anyone in your real life that you're trying to lose weight-people find that boring and annoying. Give them time to notice and look surprised when they say you look better-that's a reward in itself |
