How very litvinchenko. I have been to his grave poor bloke was buried in a lead coffin. His grave stone is a column slashed in half to symbolise a life cut short.

I learnt that on a tour of Highgate cemetery.

Anyway I digress. Poor chap who would have imagined that sort of thing happening in your neck of the woods Very Mcmafia Clem.

Google Alexander Litvinchenko. Poisoned by a cup of polonium tea in London. May have messed the spelling up a little.

"Very sad but wasn't it just a couple of people overdosing on fentanyl?"

Possibly, but one of them is believed to be Sergei Skripal, a Russian imprisoned for spying for UK and subsequently exchanged, in 2010, as part of the 'Anna Chapman (US arrest)' package.

Vomiting from a fent overdose us very rare,

The Russians used carfentanil years ago in the theater siege, it's not going to be long before some one throes a handful of it around a shopping center or sporting fixture.hundreds dead in minutes and it's getting to easy to get hold of.

There has only ever been one nuclear weapon used in Britain before before,

We still have never responded to that,so don't expect much to happen over this.

What an earth for? Polonium has a very short half life which is why it's so dangerous if ingested, it's also all gone within a hundred days and poses little risk outside the body in fact you could stop the alpha emitters with just glass so I've no idea why they wasted lead like that, besides leads a heavy toxin and probably worse of a health hazard in the ground than polonium

No idea I didn’t bury him.

May have been a spurious rumour by the guide.

I laughed a bit more than I should have, although with KFC's logistics problems I'd say it more likely to be Dixy.
