It's true we will all deteriorate but it's possible to deteriorate more slowly if you look after yourself in mind, body and spirit. |

You have to have a balance in life... just have to to run with the times.. yes it's good to look after yirself no doubt but looking after yourself too well can still give you problems later in life.. |
