I sm looking at loosing weight and trying to cut the carbs.
I am going to the gym 5 times a week to do aerobic exercise. Of I'm aching a little from the previous day, is it OK to keep training?

It’s fine to ache, but if you’re going 5 times a week, it is worth varying the exercises you do so that the different muscles get a rest in between sessions.
Doing some high repetition resistance training with weights might be worth thinking about too as it will shape your body and give you a cardio workout as well |

Everyone has aches from doing workouts, it’s the muscles tearing and repairing to build the muscle.
Hopefully though you’ll know the difference between DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and an injury, Dom’s typically last between 24-72 hours, you may get used to the pain and learn to love it
As posters above have said vary your workouts to work different body parts on different days to reduce the soreness and allow the muscle to rest.
Hope that helps. |

Find a routine that works for you... if you are wanting to lose weight then mixed cardio sessions are a good way... weights are good for muscle gain but not actually losing weight.. try and keep a balanced diet.. green tea.. green apples.. are all good for burning fat |
