not my wrist but all the little bones in my right hand - just learnt to be left handed - recently had right tennis elbow - left hand is back up to scratch in all things |

Yea as a kid sledging along with 2 black eyes to go with it when after hitting fence at speed my knees came back and smashed into my face. Good times. G |

Yes broke both bones in my right wrist about 3 years ago, had it plated so in theory it's stronger than ever but still hurts like buggery some days.
Start taking joint supplements now to help speed recovery, glucosamine, chondroitin and msn helped me control the pain.
Take the physio they offer after the cast comes off and stick with it, you might need to keep doing the exercises whenever the weather is cold or damp.

Fractured bones in both wrists at tbe same time a few years back. It wasn't fun!
No advice beyond getting pissed off about it changes nothing so it really is a case of suck it up |

Fractured both when I slipped off during a power wank. No, really, I have fractured both but at different times, lost some flexibility in the left one now.... |
