yes that’s right, 11 years ago i started Jiu Jitsu, those of you who know me from whey back will know how my journey has been, today i graded for my Black Belt and past, my knee is swollen and my back is in absolute agony, has it been worth it?
i’d say definately yes. 
now i’m off to bed to sleep for a couple of days.

thanks, but not a chance, my left knee, has ballooned up big time, gunna take a few days to properly heal i think. |

yeah the lads i was fighting with were all in their late teens, it’s the hardest grading i’ve ever done, but glad i’ve done it, my body is telling me i’m a stupid bloody idiot for doing it though   |
