My keys are warping, over the period of a week, in a Uri Geller kind of way; first off was the front door key, then the back door key, and now my car ignition key.
They haven't been traumatised, crushed, carried in the bottom of a bag, sat on or pounded with a hammer; the car key was left on a flat kitchen surface last night and, now, it has a significant curve.
The distortion is sufficient that I'm going to get all three keys recut next week as I'm worried that turning them in the locks might cause them to fracture.
I'm fairly confident that my dog's not up to anything sinister but, seriously, what's going on?
