Basically, me and ma mate Brother Dave, have just had an albeit rather inebriated conversation about which animal you would take with you to a Desert Island to survive.

I said a goat, as it will provide milk and be quite friendly

He said some sort of owl, for reasons unknown to mankind

What would you take?

African Grey Parrot for company. They're intelligent, can be taught to speak (to a certain degree) and have a long life span (company for the foreseeable future on the island)
