Have recently been advised to consult ‘my higher self’ to solve my current problems.

Was just wondering if any clever people have managed a conversation with their higher self & whether this was fruitful.

Needless to say, I’m struggling with my own communication

have you tried meditation?

I would recommend finding out about an Ayahuasca retreat if you really want to connect with the higher self it is an eye opening experience
