Any ideas as to why this is? Red indicates danger. I.e. don't go in one . Ever . !!"

"Mine isn’t!? Is it just the brand colouring of the chain you use?"
I don't use a chain but I've trained all over the UK and I would say a good 85-90% have walls painted red |

It's an aggressive colour that gets your adrenaline pumping.
If they were lavender you would want to sit drinking chamomile tea , as someone massages your feet. |

I thought red was associated with motion and kinetic energy? That tests have shown that it is likely to make people feel energetic?
I once read that that's why fast food places often have a red/orange color scheme - because it gets people in and out faster. I dunno... |
