Avocado is also excellent for those who are vegan as it works really well as a fat source in non dairy, gluten free chocolate cake. I'm not vegan but I do have to cater for them occasionally.
Also great for face masks.. Or mixed with sugar and cream... Yum yum |

I was confused for way longer than I should have been with this thread! I'm with you now.
It's very instagram popular at the minute, and joe wicks.
I use it for guacamole usually and in some tacos. I did have it in a recipe for cajun chicken burgers last week. Dunno if I fancy it on toast though. |
