couple, us we him her.

Everyone seems to be expecting others to help them.

Which is fine if it's genuine not a problem there.

However when people knowingly and willingly set out on a journey against advice by authorities, without any contingency plan or emergency provisions and clothing,I really have little sympathy.

They predicted it,they warned everyone.

How difficult is it to put an emergency bag in back of the car ?

They warned this was coming. It came. They warned it was going to be bad. It’s bad. Everyone knows anything more than 1cm of snow and the country can’t cope.

I guess some people can’t help being fucktards.

West Yorkshire

I definitely think everyone should have an emergency bag in the car, but as usual nobody thinks anything bad will happen to them. I was talking about this at work yesterday asking how many people have a blanket, extra layers, a few snacks and drinks, a torch in the boot. Nobody did.

I do see all these cars on the motorways stranded and do wonder where most of them were going? We were warned not to travel unless absolutely necessary yet there seems to be loads of cars out and about. It’s crazy.

Geeky x

I have absolutely no sympathy for the idiots near Glasgow who were stranded on the motorway for up to 24 hours. Especially that idiot who kept being shown on itv news yesterday complaining about a seven month old being in his car... he was aware of the red warning and shouldn't have taken his kid out in weather like that!

Central

We don't know others circumstances, so have to presume that they have a survival instinct but something important has come up, like not wanting to be reported as a no-show for another meet.

Community spirit and support is important, especially when people are at risk.
