Probably not. It's too fast flowing and the temperature won't be low enough for long enough to freeze it.

I doubt it.Its polluted with all sorts possibly lowering it's freezing point.

Yes I heard that to salmon being one of them similar in other rivers too fish comeing back into them.

It used to freeze because the old London Bridge slowed down the flow, and before there were embankments the water spread out which slowed it down further. Now it's too fast to freeze, sadly.
