That's one of my guilty pleasures too. I love the skin off a chicken or a turkey. It's the most flavoursome part! Siren can't bear to watch me eat it though as she's the type that cuts out any hint of skin, fat or sinew from any meat. It's like watching a vivisectionist at work when she eats.  |
