no it's a rubbery plasticky tape that sticks to itself - not that sticky to skin, but itself...

keep a pair of scissors handy in case

Don't stick it to body parts that have lots of hair - unless asked to.

I took a picture of myself wrapped up in Fragile parcel tape. Great idea at the time, until it came to getting it off. Good job I didnt have body hair but I still nearly pulled my nipples and clit off
