Get a flight from Easy Jet or similar if you only want to go to Europe / Med (in advance as it's cheaper)
Look on Trip Advisor for hotels etc..
Go to you chosen Hotel (s) when you arrive don't book from here much more expensive.

Go to the next one on your list 
Or you can look online for availability without booking at the airport before you get there x |
