Well she has once again sprinkled her magic upon me - the cowbag.

I have thus far achieved waking Number One Chap up to tell him I’m awake (he got up for a wee, mumbled at me a bit and is back to snoring now) and making myself a mid morning cuppa.

Anyone else had the non sleepy magic sprinkled on them?

I'm convinced that the Fab can he addictive to some and will gradually do your head in....consequently your sleep pattern will be disturbed,,,then,,,because sleep is important,,,in time,,your health,,both mental and physical will be affected.

I think mine is because my home was hit by a 70ft tree at 4am in the morning nesrly sux weeks ago and did some major damage so any noise outside puts me on edge
