It’s Friday Jr and as we head into The Big Freeze lets warm ourselves by getting those things that are grinding our gears out into the open.

I have a rant.
Just bought an update 2018 version of an Internet Security item.
Download and Installation instructions may as well have been written in Outer Mongolian for all the good they were!
Why can't computer and allied companies provide manuals for their products. Not everyone is 100% technologically perfect and can adapt to new ideas, products and so on.
Now have a product for my laptop which I cannot use; supplier doesn't want to know unless I supply loads of answers to their questions which themselves mean diddley squat to me!
