I am a LBD lover, usually a classic bodycon with a low neckline but I’ve just bagged myself a bloody amazing bargain for Libs on Friday night for the Love To Party red event, a bloody gorgeous red dress from a charity shop at he bargain price of £12 and it’s brand new!
I’ve never worn red before and I’m teaming it with a pair of Mel shiny red wedge shoes with an ankle strap and little peep toe but I’m stuck on stocking colour. I’m not going without, I’m lived-in-a-cave pasty white and I don’t think black stockings would be good either.
What style and colour do you lot suggest? |

Hadn’t thought of those. Did they do massive sizes? Size 9 feet, long legs and big thighs mean standard XL are way too small for me. |

Yeah, I’m thinking that too, just a bit too harsh.
I live in running leggings, fleecy dressing gowns and tog rated socks. I’ll look good on Friday for about 15 minutes. I may even take my super hero jammie bottoms with me. |

I’d say so but I don’t know all that much about clothes and stuff. I don’t do the nails, eyebrows or makeup thing and I’ve got dreadlocks down to my shoulder blades. |

First off pale skin with red dress would look amazing but if you are adamant not to go bare legged then your dilemma is with the shoes.
Nude stockings and nude shoes will elongate your legs or depending on the tone of the red in your dress, barely black stockings and black shoes.
Congrats on the charity shop find, love those highs. Have a great time, look forward to seeing the pics of the dress |

Ordered delivered and tried on.. Its really nice fit 60% off! what luck. Just need a party to go to now.
