Lennon wrote a few good songs but was a wife beating twat in real life. McCartney just annoys me.
I think they're both overrated though. The Beatles certainly deserve their place in rock history, and have influenced so many other musicians, but The Rolling Stones were better lol. |

Can’t we just appreciate them for the unique moment in time?
Tunes that have stood the test of time. They were only around for six to eight years and here were are discussing them 50 years on.
Have them to thank for stadium shows, or rather the US police who suggested the idea on grounds of safety, they didn’t want 5000 kids in a venue and 25000 outside.
