just seems true on this site no decency to reply to messages just strange as i am lost of how to prove genuine when you cant meet as people always assume your timewasting???? |

It's not rude not to reply.
Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you can safely assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here?"

But how is this true if i have met people on here?? i wanted a rant and rave yet again age comes into it and no-one can deny that reading a 40 minute long profile bores the living SH*T out of you at the end of the day if they wanna chat then thats why you have messaging for TRUE?? |

It may say Fab Swingers, but it has truly not been a proper swingers site for a long time. IN MY OPINION!
Because it is free, people who want titilation, to cam, to chat, to post and yes, to meet all mix on here. Most free sites have that problem and they are overrun because it is difficult to trace membership!
However, that is not a bad thing. Loads of people all wanting different things and they will find someone, usually! The big mistake you (the OP) has made is to come on here moaning. That is most certainly NOT allowed and you will be told so...
If you are, try to get an answer to a question that I have been asking for a while: To those who moan constantly about posts (Ironic, eh?) please give us an idea of what YOU want to see posted!! Simple really  |

I think you wree the first one to brign age into this. However, it is good to have a moan, but there's general moaning and being pretty insulting about the site and its members. I come on here to arrange meets and coincidentally have a few chats on the forums. Shoudl i only be here for sex? If so, maybe you should have a word with teh admin and get them to stop the chatrooms and forums so people are only on here for what you think is appropriate. |

there are a ton more single guys than couples
couples can be as chossy as they want.. so how do your 15 words of wisdom stand out from anyone else...
do your 15 words talk about you? do they talk about what type of person you are after? do they give people a feel for you....
it screams minimal effort.. sorry.. it does
do your 15 words scream i stand out and this is the reason why you should choose me???

I agree with most of the other posters on this thread however just wanted to mention my thoughts...
First of all I believe there is a blurring of the lines between "Not Genuine" and "Time Waster"
In my mind "Not Genuine" would equate to someone pretending they are someone they are not e.g. a guy posing as a couple of female whereas a timewaster is someone (Genuinely single guys - although women and couples too) who like the fantasy of swinging but dont follow it through so get their enjoyment from web cams or phone sex or msn etc.
I think its fair to say there is nothing wrong with that except it involves stringing the other party along with no intention of ever meeting.
I do think there are a lot of guys who will join a site like this to use photos and writtenj word as porn.
Maybe a solution would be a fab style "Sex chat" site where no one has the intention of meeting but enjoy online fun...to my recolection no such FREE site exists and the benefit would be less people get strung along which can be so frustrating!
Having been on this site as both a single guy and a as part of a couple it is actually quite weird to see the other side of the coin and its quite nice to be able to play devils advocate.
From a single guy perspective it is often very tempting to go down the copy and past route of messaging couples and single fems as ultimately you know that 99% of messages sent will either be unread or the person receiving the message will not have time or the inclination to reply. Hence playing the numbers game of messaging out as many as possible should hopefully retur a positive response.
On the flip side of that a couple who receives 200 messages a day simply cannot read all of them never mind respond so there has to be a method of filtering them and for me and my partner it was a glance at avatar pics and subject titles...anything that caught our eye got read everythign else got deleted.
Please excuse this rambling response however I was in a "typie" mood

May i suggest that any exchange of messages with you will reveal your immature attitude,which is the reason why ppl do not meet.
You and others like you are the reason so many here wont meet under 30s,swinging can be as much about the banter as the sex...the social side i an integral part of it. |
