just put up a new pic, yes it’s a shameless look at me thread, but i think for my age and what i’ve been through the past year, i’m not that bad, could be a hell of a lot worse of course, and on the other hand, there’s plenty of room for improvement.

I think you're putting yourself down unnecessarily. You don't have what I'd call a dad bod. I think you're in good shape.
Not that dad bods are in bad shape- just that I'd call a dad bod as chunky/ chubby. |

I think you're putting yourself down unnecessarily. You don't have what I'd call a dad bod. I think you're in good shape.
Not that dad bods are in bad shape- just that I'd call a dad bod as chunky/ chubby. "

Not sure what the definition of a dad bod is, though....is a belly essential?
Not criticising - I adore dad bods and am not a fan of gym bodies. They may look pretty in GQ, but only overweight men make me tingle! |

can be done through diet and variable cardio exercises.
just be realistic and don’t expect overnight success. i lost 5 stone but it took me 2 years. |
