Roasting pork, potatoes, parsnips,carrots, Yorkshire puddings,braised leek and cabbage and gravy .

Yeh it's lovely slow cooked. You can't beat lamb makes the best gravy and roasties.

roast lamb, roast potatoes, braised cabbage and carrots,apple pie..probably about 10pm!..cant start till i can reach the kitchen, still trapped by an early morning decision to start hanging pictures, and drilling holes and hammering things..wood and tools all over the place..

I just made a curry paste. Hopefully it will make a lush bhuna. If not I’m gonna call it a bhuna anyway. The smells coming from my kitchen are just divine.
