What do you miss.
Im thinking of the things you dont see anymore, for me its the old red phone boxes, i know they arent really needed anymore but come on they were iconic  |

Same here when I see old programs or films with them in I get a twinge of nostalgia.
Me and 10 mates at ten years old trying to reverse the charges to a sex line is one memory it stirs up haha.

Well, that will be why they not here anymore! We already have Iconic on here.. Have you searched for Iconicuk or Iconic with a number? 
But I really miss refreshers as they were.. Not this now "we have to look after the kids" recipe And Smarties! They are now like those cheap chocolate things we used to buy, nothing like smarties anymore 
And another thing, whatever happened to those proper buses where people could sit dow? Eh? Eh?

I miss being able to bask in the certainty that by now science would’ve provided all the answers and we’d be driving around in flying cars and nobody would need to work doing mundane tasks because we’d all have robots for that….!.
While we go around dressed in shiny skin-tight clothes safe in the knowledge everyone in the world is happy and healthy living well into our second century’s.… Knowing war, disease hunger and greed are distant relics of the past, that we now only shake our heads at in utter disbelief of how stupid our ancestors were for behaving badly to one-another.
Yeah,,,,, that’s what I miss,,,

i miss old telly, now you can watch anything anytime
decent programming has gone, i used to like the fact that there were kids programmes on for only a certain amount of time and corrie was on the same time every week and football on saturday afternoons and a historical drama on sundays....ah well |

In Hull, wes till have the phone boxes you describe, but here they are painted Cream. That's because we don't have BT here, but a private company, Kingston Communications.
If you ever get approached by them ref a phone and/or broadband deal, run away! Biggest rip off merchants. |
