payment protection insurance , something like that anyway.

loans credit cards mortgages etc etc etc , they pretty much all had ppi attached somehow even if worded different.

like most you probably think "cant be bothered" or " i wont get anything "

or "whats the point even if it was a tenner a month thats only 120 a year "

well my mum got 21grand , auntie 15grand ive had about 9.

it dosent mean im in debt or borrowed loads of money, i was just missold ppi , so with interest and compensation it comes back to you in huge amounts .

it used to be hard work , papers cards account numbers etc etc people gave up,now its simple ,name address phone number .

and dont worrry if you owe the bank or credit card a few quid , ppi is a totally seperate claim and the dosh comes straight to you via a cheque.

it inspired me to write this as i just received another cheque this morning , all because i gave barclaycard my name address and e mail and said please check if im owed ppi.

they have to refund you by law.

imagine if your mortgage has it , be a big compensation cheque, but as stated above , any credit card loan etc etc ,chase it up ,its worth it..........

the clock is ticking! I think they deadline for claims is next year. I contacted all

of my banks to check if I’ve ever had it, I didn’t think I ever did and I was right, I hadn’t

But it’s really easy to check!

Even if you have no paperwork, or it was many years ago that you had the loan/ mortage.

You can even get money back if you weren't missold PPI.

I went to the Martin Lewis site as you don't need a PPI claim company to do it for you, it's seriously easy to do it yourself.

The claim companies take an average 30% of what you may recieve! Which is daylight robbery for 10 mins work.

The DEADLINE is August next year, after that you can't claim.

I'm really lazy at this kind of thing and even I got back a substantial amount .

Should add that mine was from a loan I had in 1998!
