Mine was in the oven but I had to throw it away as my tastebuds are out of whack. I regret the food waste.

On a positive note, that means I have only eaten approx. 600 calories today.

I don't have a microwave

Been a bit of a shit day, wasn't really up for cooking, just boiled up some hotdogs instead. Tempted to go get one of the awesome donuts that the corner shop sell. No one wants to meet me so I don't have to worry when my body reacts badly to the wheat.

I had some pan fried crispy skin salmon, with wholemeal noodles , chilli, mushrooms and stir fried French beans, all washed down with a bottle of Shiraz . was bloody lovely, shame no one else could appreciate it !!
