"I'm with my lovely nan who I in a different way but.... she still misses the love of HER life who she spent 65 romantic and loving years with
"
I’ve been working with a couple who have been married over 60 years. Seeing them together and they way they speak to each other is lovely.
Any help but think of what’ll happen when one of them is gone though. |

Love that spans that many decades is wonderous, I would like to think they go together... |

ive been a carer for end of life people for a few years..and oddly, and very comfortingly, with the really happy, loving couples, the ones left seem to cope and be more at peace with themselves than the ones who werent...i think maybe they have less regrets and more good memories... |

"I'm quite happy all on my own
That's what I keep repeating to myself!
I should have added 'for now' "
We're social animals baby! Not supposed to be in our own! |

Maid is at the gym, but it's fine because.
A
She knows I can't stand valentines day.
B
I reap the rewards of her fitness regime
C
It's not like I would see her on a Thursday evening anyway.
D
CALL OF DUTY!!!!!!! |

My daughter is at her friends. My beat friend is in Germany. I’m having a cuddle with my Patterdales. I may be without human companionship tonight but I’m perfectly happy. |

My son decided not to go to Cadets and have a movie night with his Mom while his little sister is out of the way.
So I am cooking a steak dinner for two after all
(Still don’t have to share the wine though ) |

I am on my own. Have flu, and just watched Wind River which made me more depressed! Nothing to do with Valentine's Day though! Don't have to wait until February the 14th to be nice to your partner and show them you love them |

That’s so sweet.
I’ll take solitude in that myself. I’ve often secretly prayed I’ll go before my love. I can’t imagine anything without her.
