Is voluptuous still a commonly used word and if so is it still appropriate to use it?

It’s not so common these days, but I think of it as a complimentary word for a curvaceous sexy woman. I wonder if it is no longer seen as complimentary?

I too see it as a compliment for us larger ladies. I also don't mind curvaceous, buxom, well-rounded, cuddly, fat ass. They are all true.

I like the word and think of it as a compliment to a lady,and it's one of those words that is just eye-catching.
