some simple stretching will help, i pulled mine a few years back when doing i high kick, it got very tight and i wasn’t able to kick as high as i used to, but stretching daily afterwards really helped, but don’t push yourself too much to start. |

Yes no sudden jerky movements!!! Could make it worse. Lots of gentle stretching and walking should help. Ibuprofen if it feels swollen |
