Pulled my groin/hip flex I think, it aches so bad any one got any tips or things i can do to help it?

some simple stretching will help, i pulled mine a few years back when doing i high kick, it got very tight and i wasn’t able to kick as high as i used to, but stretching daily afterwards really helped, but don’t push yourself too much to start.

Yes no sudden jerky movements!!! Could make it worse. Lots of gentle stretching and walking should help. Ibuprofen if it feels swollen
