So in your honest opinion was it a try to the letter of the law?

For me, NO

He didn’t have control of the ball

But it’s a very close one to call

The TMO looked at it for 4 minuets and the opinion was th3 ball was not unde4 control. It finished move on.

Multiple match officials with endless slow motion replays can't make the call and give benefit of the doubt to the defending team. I've seen it a few times and can see a case for either decision. Who'd be a ref'?

The game is over result stands.

Wales should have taken the penalties instead of going for trys may have been a different result.

Tbh I thought it was a try, there was enough downward pressure on the ball but if in any doubt the decision has to go with the defending team

No try. Agreed not under control. Tjere is bo way you could confirm downward pressure.

England's second try also dubious.

I don't think it was grounded.
