have noticed on some new profiles that there is a link to report them, only on some though! very strange?

It's a new feature that Fab has introduced.

The was a thread in the 'site help' forum but doesn't give much detail about why or how they apply it to whose profile.

I myself haven't seen it on profiles myself though.
