So I am big bearded tattoed cuddle guy. Now i use cuddle not as a different term for fat. Before you point that out I already know.

BHM is an expression i have used to describe myself for years but no prefer cuddle bear lol |

Its interesting as there is more of a defined definition of what classes as a bbw or a ssbbw.
Most research would class a bbw as anyone over a size 14
But there is not for men. So what sort of size would you class as a BHM and what would you describe as a dad body lol |

Really? Over a 14 for a BBW? That’s not what we’d describe as BBW...probably over 18 or 20 depending on proportions? Not that we’d use labels at all really...might say “she’s a big girl” or something, but definitely not in a derogatory way... |

I would say the NHS states for a man if your waist measurement is over 37 inches you should lose weight so any one with over a 37 inch waist lol ..
I think it's difficult as it's about perception of yourself and others perception of you |

It's a pretty well known and accepted term.
But yes, after losing about a stone before Christmas, my Christmas indulgence hasn't really come to an end yet. Though I have been back to the gym in the last week or so. So currently bit chubby guy here. |
