What's the latest thing you learned that you want to share?

I found out today that our eyes have different bits for black and white and for colours , the black and white is better in the dark and that's all that owls have for night hunting.

I thought that was interesting.

What have you learned recently that should be shared (preferably not rude!)

I learned not to mount Ads as now I have a hernia and it’s embarrassing when people keep saying ‘what have you been doing’...oh yer know, we got a bit carried away the other night and we’ll...

I don’t actually know if that’s the reason why but it’s the only unusual thing I’ve done in the last month!

I found out that we're not supposed to eat meat biologically. And that's why are jaws go side to side instead of up and down like carnivores

All eyes are really brown. It's just the different levels of melanin that means we have different levels of brown and blue is brown.

It's true! Parts of Co. Donegal are further north than Northern Ireland.

Bloody hell it's turned into a Ireland Geography festival in here! I have also just learned that sarcasm can translate badly , oh dear!! I think there should be an official sarcastic emoji to prevent such schoolboy errors in the future.

Yesterday at work I learnt that the Police Firearms Unit carry some really cool gel stuff that they pack into severly bleeding wounds and it pretty much stops the bleeding immediately.

I also wish I hadn't learnt that.

There are some roads in the Republic of Ireland that you have to travel through Northern Ireland to get to.
